Keiyip hires and provides training to employees and let them do their best with minimal constraint. We also established systematic pre-work foundation training and specific personnel training in work. This serves to raise the skill standards of our workers through the courses and seminars on manufacturing processes, standardized industrial skills and quality control

Keiyip is concern about the opportunities for employees. A significant proportional of managerial staff is promoted from assembly workers.
