We has a experienced Quality Control Department and a specific Post-sale Service Team, to ensure we can respond to our customers effectively and hence protect the customers from imperfect product. The related technical information (e.g. blueprint, testing report, user manual, etc.) and the quality assurance are appended with our products, for the convenience of the usage and maintenance by customers. If necessary, we can send technicians to undertake real-time technical supports and offer on-site training to technicians from buyer. Hence the buyer can understand the structure and mechanism of the products, and get familiar to operate and maintenance the product afterward.
The warranty of our contract product is 1year after the arrival and verified in working site. Within warranty, if there is any problem happened on our products, technicians from seller will take the responsibility of maintenance anytime, to guarantee the normal operation. Regards to quality assurance, we guarantee:
- Under normal usage and condition, if there is any quality problem such as component damage, unreliable mechanical problem within one year, we shall maintain or change the product with problem for free.
- Within one-year warranty, if the damage is caused by abnormal usage, we can help to fix the problems with the charge of material cost only.
- Over one-year warranty, we offer lifetime maintenance to our product; but we shall charge a reasonable maintenance cost (wage + material costs + transportation costs).
- Once receive the notice from buyer for maintenance request, we shall send technicians to help fixing the problem within 24 hours, and finish the maintenance and testing within 1 week. The fixed product must be able to be used normally and can meet the requirements in the contract.
- If emergency maintenance is needed, we can make agreement with customer that we shall send professional technicians to help fixing the problems in a certain time in agreement.
- About install instruction and testing, we shall:
a) provide technical information required for installation to buyer;
b) send suitable technicians to provide on-site technical support including install instruction and tuning within 2 days after we receive the request of starting installation;
c) send technician(s) who is/are knowledgeable and experienced to related project, and thoroughly understand the products’ technical specification and installation craft refer to the contract; is/are capable to handle the installation.
d) take the full responsibility to all quality problems after thoroughly inspect the working-site, understand the condition and environmental requirements, and understand the buyers’ required technical specification about low voltage distribution board installation.
- About training, we shall:
a) provide technical information required for installation to buyer;
b) provide on-site operation, maintenance training plan and related documents for free;
c) provide training about operation and maintenance, and deliver certificates to trained technicians from buyer for free.
