TSPS(R) series lighting distribution board is in compliance with IEC-493-1 standard, with reliable and durable design for factory, skyscraper, residential housing, shopping mall, etc.
TSPS(R) distribution board case is manufactured by 1.0mm high-quality Zinc-electrogalvanized steel plates, and is finished with flint grey epoxy powder; ABS plastic frame and transparent cover is on the board to facilitate inspection of components. Regards to Access arrangements, both top and bottom entries are available. This series is in compliance with BSEN 60439-1, GB7251:1 and IEC60439-1 standard. Degree of protection is IP20 in accordance with BS and IEC requirement.
TSPS(R) distribution board is compliant with KEIYIP, MG, ABB, Siemens, etc series 18mm MCB. Special installation way is adopted among trail, components and cubicle, therefore the trail and MCB are able to be unloaded together. This is convenient for user to connect the cable, and lower the cost as well by reduction in size.
TSPS(R) distribution board is designed, manufactured and tested to under 50-60Hz 500V, loaded current not higher than 100A single- or triple-phase power, lighting or motor circuit control, overload, leakage and short-circuit protection.
TSPS(R) distribution board standard specification are 7 unit, 10 unit, 12 unit, 16 unit and 20 unit, every single pole switch accommodating 1 unit, every double pole earth-leakage breaker accommodating 2 units, 4-pole earth-leakage breaker accommodating 4 units; otherwise manufactured according to non-standard.
The bottom of circuit breaker is connected by conductive strips manufactured by KEIYIP if required; otherwise customers can provide the cable. Within the board there are neutral and earth terminals exactly respond to the outgoing.
w Model with R is in-wall type, model without R is wall-mounted type.
Usable Condition
TSPS(R) distribution board can operate normally when:
w At the height not more than elevation 2500m;
w Ambient temperature is between –20 and 40 degree Celsius;
w Annual relative humidity is lower than 90%;
w Somewhere without fierce vibration, collision and jolts;
w Somewhere without risks of explosion, and the surrounding medium is not corrosive to metal and insulator, and is not containing conductive dust.
